At the end of the trail a new adventure starts
The Basilica of Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré is located along the Saint Lawrence River 19 mi) east of Quebec City.

We started our last day in Quebec visiting the Citadelle of Quebec and them moving towards some of the neighboring attractions before leaving the city.

Quebec City is the capital city of the Canadian province of Quebec.
The city has a population of around 600,000 and the Metropolitan Area has a population of 850,000. It is the twelfth-largest city and the seventh-largest metropolitan area in Canada.

On our way towards Quebec City we stopped at The Canadian Railway Museum.

Joseph Armand Bombardier was a Canadian inventor and businessman who was the founder of Bombardier.
His most famous invention was the snowmobile. He was a remarkable self taught individual that built his first snow vehicle at the age of 15 and opened his own garage at age 19.

Our truck parts would be arriving at Quebec City on Monday. We decided then to visit Halte Bellevue on the South shore of Saguenay river.

We arrived at Tadoussac, a little town at the confluence of Saguenay and St. Lawrence rivers.

The Sainte-Marguerite Bay is located on the north shore of the Saguenay River, 12 miles upstream from the Tadoussac ferry. The bay lies opposite Cap de l’Anse au Cheval.

“Carioca” started showing problems with the driveshaft yoke. We were able to tighten it reducing the leak but this was a major problem that required attention. In order to fix it properly we had to return to Quebec City.
We decided to follow the other margin of the Saguenay Fjord and headed towards a camping spot at Baie St Marguerite.

We left the park in the morning and drove towards the little town of Saguenay on the Saguenay river.
